Microsoft was looking for ways to best communicate the sales strategies that would empower field reps to push new BI solutions. By compressing the breadth of information needed by the field teams to effectively target, market, and support the sales of the new Microsoft BI family of products, faster more efficient learning and productivity could be realized.
