avVenta, along with its related companies, has won a number of awards for its outstanding work with clients, including three from Microsoft: Partner of the Year, Solution Company of the Year, and eCommerce Solution Provider of the Year.
Case studies: Digital Day
Digital Day
Challenge
Digital Day is an agency outside of Cleveland, Ohio with a strong reputation for
excellent digital concepting, execution and technical skill. Though relatively small,
they boast a strong stable of visible national clients and partner with some of
the most recognizable names in the industry. A recent new account win presented
an opportunity and a challenge as the previous agency had been removed just weeks
into the media plan. Digital Day had to identify a strategy to deliver high quality,
impactful work immediately, while finding the resources to handle creating and resizing
over 100 versions of banner creative in 5 days.
Solution
DD and avVenta project managers collaborated to set
a schedule of creative deliverables from DD to avVenta.
They were then able to allocate appropriate resources in avVenta’s
Costa Rica center to align with the timing of the creative deliverables. A team
of creative producers, flash designers and QA received the assets and systematically
built flash masters and representative comps the team of designers had a model of
the approved creative to build toward. This made the process as efficient as possible
and reduced the approval time significantly.
Benefit
By eliminating the labor intensive production of the banners, DD was able to accomplish
three key tasks to help cement the relationship between themselves and their new
client. First, they delivered the banner flight on time and with high quality creative.
Nearly as important, the efficient production allowed for multiple versions to test
four separate messages/offers. Future campaigns will be more targeted as a result.
And, finally, the in-house team at Digital Day was freed to design and build a significant
refresh of the client’s web site.
