Sebastian Horton - Vice President of Delivery Operations
Sebastian Horton has been with avVenta since the company's beginnings in late 2005.
Previously, he led the Patagonia Bar's marketing team for four years and managed
a workforce of over 30 employees. After more than seven years including five years
of independent web and graphic design production and consulting for a series of
small and medium businesses in Costa Rica, he found himself managing projects for
avVenta. He began in Email/OLA production, followed by bigger web-based teams and
moving up to the Client Director and Executive Director roles in a period of two
and a half years. As of September 2008, Mr. Horton assumed the VP position for the
Delivery team of over 400 employees.
His early Business Administration education from Buenos Aires University, as well as his practice of over five years in Cirilo Ayling SAIC, combined with his Graphic Design, Photography and Film studies as well as his production experience from that past 15 years have provided him with the knowledge and expertise needed for this vast industry.
