Rodolfo Soto - Director, DiTC- Digital Interactive Training Company
Rodolfo Soto has been involved in the software and high tech fields since 1977 when he took his first programming courses for mini-computers. He graduated in Super Computer Programming and Operations at Control Data Institute in NYC in 1982.
He has worked in Costa Rica, England, France and the USA in many computer platforms and languages. Since returning from Europe to Costa Rica in 1993 he worked as an independent consultant with his own firms Intelmatica and Arboles Technology until 2005 when he helped found the Costa Rica operation of avVenta Worldwide, then DDGlobal.
At avVenta he has been directly involved in overseeing Delivery, Recruitment Sourcing, Training and Strategic Relationships, the latter two being his current main areas. He speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.
