Ginger Noce - Executive Vice President, Global Business Development
Ginger Noce came to avVenta in September 2008 with
over 20 years of sales, marketing and operations management experience in creating
superior business results through effective leadership. As Executive Vice President,
Ms Noce leads the avVenta business development and
marketing organization.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Noce held various senior management positions in
both sales and operations over the course of an eight year career with FedEx. During
the last 3 years of her career Ms. Noce was National Program Director for the Government
Business Practice at FedEx Kinko’s. In this role, she launched and managed a $100M
contract with the US Government Printing Office. At FedEx, Ms Noce was the recipient
of many distinct awards and honors including: Top Operations Performer, Top Sales
Performer and winner of the prestigious 5-Star Award, FedEx’s premier award recognizing
exemplary work and leadership of team members who represent the company’s efforts
to achieve strategic goals. She was also a graduate of FedEx’s Executive Development
Program.
Prior to her career at FedEx, Ms Noce led the sales and marketing efforts for several eBusiness and digital solutions companies. In her role as Managing Director of Marketing and Channel Sales at NDC Group, Ms Noce was responsible for the “go-to-market” strategy, development of quality partnership sales channels, corporate website and all marketing functions. NDC Group was a start up digital solutions company which was acquired in 1998 by Metamor Worldwide. In 1999, Metamor rolled out the eBusiness solutions group as Xpedior, Inc.
In her role as Vice President of Marketing for Xpedior, Ms Noce was responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of the corporate marketing organization. Xpedior’s client base included global 2,000 companies and emerging internet businesses. As marketing lead she managed the following functional areas: public relations, marketing communications, events, new media, customer call center, internal communications and marketing operations.
Ms Noce holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from East Carolina University where she was a scholarship basketball player.
