Fabricio Soto has over seven years of experience creating and implementing employment solutions that have enriched company’s value to clients and investors. Through his client management and business experience he has increased productivity and reduced turnover by attracting, developing, and retaining quality talent with a constant profitability and return of investment measurement.
Fabricio Soto joined avVenta in early 2006 as manager of the recruiting department and he has been highly committed to metrics, process improvement and people management. As part of his new role in Practice Management, he is constantly maximizing intellectual capital through development of participative performance management initiatives while increasing management effectiveness in support of strategic business plans.
Fabricio holds a major in Industrial Engineering. He has also attended various executive training seminars in the most recognized business schools in Costa Rica.
