David Kelley - Chief Financial Officer
David Kelley joined avVenta in March 2009 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of financial management and executive
leadership experience. Mr. Kelley is responsible for the Company's global financial operations and oversees all treasury, investor, accounting, and finance functions. Mr. Kelley brings an extensive background in both public and private companies, which includes building financial systems which are scalable on a global basis.
Prior to joining avVenta, Mr. Kelley held various executive positions in finance with Fidelity Investments, including the human resource outsourcing business. Previous to Fidelity, he held senior management positions in operations and finance for Cendant's Travel Distribution business such as Cheaptickets and Orbitz.
Mr. Kelley has held various financial positions of increasing stature within Cambrex Corporation, NYK Lines, N.A., Aegis Insurance Services, Inc., Unum Life Insurance and PricewaterhouseCoopers since he began his career in 1987.
Mr. Kelley received his BS in public accounting from Husson College in 1987 and his masters of science in taxation from Seton Hall University in 1998. He is currently a CPA, licensed in New Jersey and Massachusetts. He is also a Director for the Hopkinton Community Endowment.
