Alejandra Leon - Human Resources Director

With more than seven years of experience in management, Alejandra Leon has extensive experience in areas including coordination of global migration processes for company systems, standard operations procedures, management of critical success factors, planning and coordination of technical training, unification of systems, standardization of operational processes at a global level, and managing human capital.

Alejandra joined avVenta in 2006 as Human Resources Manager with the main objective to identify employee’s needs effectively and successfully. Ms. Leon’s department is committed to talent, organization, managing change while meeting financial goals and exceeding business performance and her commitment is continually aligned with avVenta ’s culture, growth and innovation.

Alejandra has a major in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources.
