Narciso Tauler - Chief Technology Officer
Ciso joined avVenta from Citi where he was an eBusiness Managing Director with responsibility for Strategic Programs and Projects for the Internet, Mobile, and ATM channels globally. He most recently managed the re-platforming of the Citi ATMs globally, consolidation of the Cards and Bank US consumer sites, launch of the Cards and Bank mobile consumer presence, and the launch of a UI redesign and delivery of new functionality internationally across 40 countries for both internet and mobile channels.
Also, during his tenure, Ciso was the development manager for the Citi Cards Internet, the largest credit card site in the industry with over 2 million logins a day, and the program manager for the largest transformational program in the Cards business history, a 1.7 million hour effort to implement a new platform and architecture across Customer Service, Collections, Fraud, and Risk.
Ciso has over 19 years of IT experience in Finance, Telecom, and consulting spanning all parts of technology. He has a B.B.A in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
