Jay Noce - CEO
Mr. Noce helped to form avVenta back in 2005 with an investment from Wild Dunes Investments. He led the formation of the first dedicated center in Costa Rica, and an acquisition of a US based web services firm. Mr. Noce has helped to launch, manage, and turnaround several IT related firms such as NIS, NDC Group, PRS, Object1, Acumen Solutions, Graystone and Avenzano Tech Partners.
Mr. Noce used his experience in internet solutions, interactive marketing outsourcing, and enterprise web applications to offer a brand new digital production service, focused on the interactive marketing business.
Formerly, Mr. Noce was an executive at IBM Global Services and operated in various management and executive positions for Accenture in the Telecom, Financial Services, Advanced Technology and Mid-Atlantic divisions. After leaving Accenture, Mr. Noce founded NDC Group, where he grew the company from a start up to over 400 employees and his firm won Microsoft's Best eCommerce Solution of the Year Award. NDC Group was chosen from a group of 10,000 Microsoft partners worldwide; Mr. Noce and Bill Gates held a global televised broadcast talking about the future of internet technologies. Subsequently, he sold this firm to Metamor in 1998, and worked both as CEO and Executive Sales Lead for Metamor with annual service revenues of $1.2 billion. Under Mr. Noce’s leadership, avVenta has grown from a start up operation to over 400 employees in less than three years.
Mr. Noce holds a BS in Economics from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA from Virginia Tech University. He has also attended various executive leadership training forums with IBM and Accenture.
