Charlene Gruhn - EVP Strategic Initiatives
Charlene is a career IT professional with over 11 years experience building and managing application development and digital production teams. Ms. Gruhn has managed a team of consultants and developers with INCOM, a networking solutions and software development firm and was a leader in the in-house IT/IS department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Ms. Gruhn leads all efforts in the growth of resources in avVenta's global offices and in identifying and cultivating leadership talent in the company's development centers. Ms. Gruhn has led the Costa Rica center to unprecedented growth in the last two years from 30 employees to over 350. Ms. Gruhn is one of the chief architects of the avVenta delivery and communication systems and a driving force behind process development and workflow enhancement. Since its inception, Ms. Gruhn has been the primary point of contact throughout the Digitas / General Motors Engagement, avVenta's largest and most diversified relationship to date.
Ms. Gruhn holds a Bachelor of Science in MIS from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
