Meet Our Leaders

Jay Noce
CEO

Mr. Noce helped to form avVenta back in 2005 with an investment from Wild Dunes Investments. He led the formation of the first dedicated center in Costa Rica, and an acquisition of a US based web services firm. Mr. Noce has helped to launch, manage, and turnaround several IT related firms such as NIS, NDC Group, PRS, Object1, Acumen Solutions, Graystone and Avenzano Tech Partners.

Jeffrey Saunders
Chief Operating Officer

Jeff came to avVenta Worldwide from Citi where he served as the head of the Consumer Banking and Credit Card eBusiness and Delivery team. There, he was responsible for the online servicing, drive to web strategy, and delivery and production of outbound (email) and inbound (web) communications. He also served as CIO of the consumer business for two years.

Carmen Amici
Chief Financial Officer

Carmen Amici joined avVenta in September 2010. He brings over 20 years of financial leadership and expertise to the table. Prior to joining avVenta, he was employed by Citigroup where his most recent role was Senior Vice President of Finance for the Global Consumer Group Retail Bank's Technology Division.

Narciso Tauler
Chief Technology Officer

Ciso joined avVenta from Citi where he was an eBuinsess Managing Director with responsibility for Strategic Programs and Projects for the Internet, Mobile, and ATM channels globally.

Jamie Posnanski
Executive Vice President Strategic Accounts

Prior to joining avVenta, Jamie Posnanski was founder and CEO of Sans Locus a regional digital interactive agency which avVenta acquired by the end of 2005.

Charlene Gruhn
EVP Strategic Initiatives

Charlene is a career IT professional with over 11 years experience building and managing application development and digital production teams. Ms. Gruhn has managed a team of consultants and developers with INCOM, a networking solutions and software development firm and was a leader in the in-house IT/IS department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Samuel L. Katz
Chairman

Sam Katz is the Managing Partner of the TZP Group, a lower middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Sam Katz began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert. From 1988 to 1992, he was an Associate and Vice President at The Blackstone Group, where he worked on numerous private equity transactions, including the initial LBOs of several hotel franchise brands, which created the predecessor to Cendant Corporation.

Vlad Gutin

Vlad Gutin began his career in 1990 as a Research Assistant at The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. After receiving his M.B.A. in 1994, he joined the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he served prior to departure as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Specialty Finance Group.

Peter Noce Sr. has over 50 years of experience in sales, marketing and has been the CEO/Founder of over five companies. Mr. Noce has also focused on being a private equity investor in companies in the technology services and business services sector.
