Samuel L. Katz
Chairman
Sam Katz is the Managing Partner of the TZP Group, a lower middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Sam Katz began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert. From 1988 to 1992, he was an Associate and Vice President at The Blackstone Group, where he worked on numerous private equity transactions, including the initial LBOs of several hotel franchise brands, which created the predecessor to Cendant Corporation.

Dan Galpern is a Senior Principal of TZP Group, a lower middle market private equity fund based in New York City. Dan joined TZP Group in July 2008 and began his career in 1996 as a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. In 2000, he joined TD Capital Communications Partners as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2002.

Mr. Noce has helped to launch, manage, and turnaround several IT related firms such as NIS, NDC Group, PRS, Object1, Acumen Solutions, Graystone and Avenzano Tech Partners.
